So, my husband and I decided to write a book.
The idea came from a fabric collection I designed several years ago, a theme based on the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and feelings of Christmas. Where the old English poem and song “The 12 Days of Christmas” lists a lot of lavish gifts, we wanted to create a similar repeating countdown that focuses on the traditions and experiences of the holiday instead.
